Legal Aspect
We are a legally recognized Indonesian migrant worker placement company with strong legal standing to operate throughout the territory of Indonesia. The legal foundation for the establishment of PT AKI is based on the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0057942.AH.01.01.Tahun 2020 concerning the Approval of the Establishment of the Legal Entity of Limited Liability Company PT AKI. This is based on the application submitted by Notary and Land Deed Official (PPAT) Tanti Lena, SH., MKn, in accordance with the copy of the company’s deed of establishment No. 02 dated November 3, 2020.
Furthermore, as a migrant worker placement company, we have obtained the Risk-Based Business Licensing from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia under License No: 02450101431050001. Our Business Identification Number (NIB) is 0245010143105, and our Standard Classification of Indonesian Business Fields (KBLI) code is 78102.
In addition to these legal foundations ensuring safe, comfortable, and well-coordinated operations with all stakeholders, as mentioned above, we have also been certified under the international quality management system ISO 9001:2015 by the international certification body VRC. On December 30, 2024, we were declared to have passed the quality management audit for the category of Indonesian migrant worker placement companies. This certification is valid until January 29, 2027.
